Communing with Nature!


The twins built an ant house which was covered with ants! Imagine my terror. Then I thought what empathy and compassion they must possess to even care if the ants had shelter. Way to go Wonder Twins!

Examining Our Beach Finds

We came back from a day trip to San Diego with new seashells, rocks, sea weed, and kelp. We washed everything, dried it, and took a closer look. This was our best nature walk ever!

The Great Outdoors





My children just love being outdoors. So our gift for being held on house arrest by a smokin' hot Arizona summer is a mild winter in which short sleeves and sandals can be worn in November. Yay! On this nature walk we found a forest of dandelions. What fun!
