Hassana went to the doctor on Thursday. She doing great and weighs 15 lbs, 15 oz. For those readers who didn't know, Hassana is battling and winning the war against sickle cell disease with Allah's help. (Please note the language!) This appointment was with the ped. hemotologist at the sickle cell clinic hence the bandaged arm. My little bitty baby had to have her blood taken. It was Daddy's turn to go in the torture chamber this time. We thank Allah though, it wasn't that bad. She only cried a little and it was quick. The good news is by the grace and mercy of Almighty God, WE ARE WINNING!
I just saw this label. I didn't know. I have a trait and luckily my hubby didn't. Did you both have traits?
