SD09 Countdown Day 14~ Star & Cresent Door Hangers

We made these out of foam. ($1 at Michael's or Wal-Mart) The children cut out the stars and the cresent and glued them. I holepunched the top and added a piece of yarn for hanging. So simple, so cute.
