Who knew a sorbet could be so easy? I guess I was thrown off by the fancy, French-sounding name. I made a yummy batch using a very ripe pineapple with the simplest recipe ever:
some ripe fruit (2-3 cups I would say)
1/2 cup water
8-10 tablespoons of sugar
Blend and freeze to your desired consistency. The longer you freeze it, the harder it gets.
