These pictures are from today's nature walk. We take one each one week. Sometimes I ask them to look for specific things (like today we looked for twigs to make picture frames) and other times we just wonder about and marvel at Allah's creations. Nature walks and Nature journals are aspects of the Charlotte Mason curriculum. Next year I'll ask the children to keep a journal of what they see and learn. Amir and Yasina love these walks and will not let me forget to do it each week. Later I'll post our display board of some things we've found and other projects.
