Countdown Day 9 ~ Freezer Paper Stencil Shirts

We discovered freezer paper stenciling last year and loved it. So, of course, we had to do it again this year.
First, We started by tracing our stencil onto the freezer paper.

Then I cut it out with scissors.
Next I ironed the paper onto the material, shiny side down.
Next we painted in the stencil with fabric paint.

We used a lot of paint.

After the paint has dried, usually about 3-4 hours, peel away the paper. You now have a cute "new" shirt.
Look at my babies!
